What is breast augmentation?

Breast augmentation increases the size and refines the shape of the breasts using medical-grade silicone implants, creating balanced proportions tailored to each individual.

Our surgical team assesses your chest structure, skin, and goals to choose the right implant size, shape, and placement — all through a small, well-hidden incision.

Breast Augmentation

Concerns it addresses

01

Small / disproportionate breasts

Low volume or breasts that don't match your frame leave the silhouette unbalanced.

02

Asymmetry

A noticeable difference in size or shape between the two sides.

03

Deflation after pregnancy / breastfeeding

Loss of volume and upper-pole fullness after pregnancy or nursing.

04

Constricted / tuberous shape

A narrow base or congenital tuberous shape that needs tailored planning.

How we plan your result

A beautiful result isn't the largest cup — it's proportion to your body. Base width, tissue thickness, and your frame determine the right implant size and shape, so the breast is planned against the whole silhouette rather than a fixed cup size.

Proportion to your frameVolume and shape chosen to suit your height, shoulders, and torso.
Base width & tissue coverageChest base width and tissue thickness guide the implant base and placement.
Symmetry & upper-pole slopeBoth sides balanced with a natural upper-pole fullness.

Your planning options

Implant shape

Round implants for fuller upper projection, or teardrop implants for a more natural slope.

Implant placement

Under or over the muscle, chosen based on your tissue volume and aesthetic goals.

Incision site

Inframammary (under the fold) or periareolar, to keep the scar as discreet as possible.

Who is it for

01

Those who want to increase breast size or fullness

02

Those with asymmetry who want a more balanced shape

03

Those whose breasts changed after pregnancy or breastfeeding

04

Those in good health with no contraindications to surgery

Your approach options

Faster recovery · fuller top

Over the muscle (subglandular)

ProsLess discomfort and quicker recovery, with pronounced upper-pole fullness.

NoteBest with enough tissue coverage; implant edges can show more in slim patients.

Natural · edges camouflaged

Under the muscle / dual plane

ProsThe muscle camouflages the implant edge for a natural upper slope — ideal for thin tissue.

NoteSlightly more tightness early on and a marginally slower settling.

The treatment process

1

Consult & assessment

Assess base width, tissue thickness, skin elasticity, and any sagging, and hear your goals.

2

Design size & shape

Choose a volume and shape that suits your frame, with sizers to preview the result.

3

Select the implant

Choose the medical-grade implant model, surface, and profile by softness and durability.

4

Plan incision & placement

Finalize the incision site and placement level (over / under muscle / dual plane).

5

Surgery day

Performed in a standard operating theatre by a specialist surgeon and anesthesia team.

6

Aftercare

A supportive garment, a swelling program, and implant-position reviews as scheduled.

Recovery timeline

First 1–2 days

Rest; mild tightness and swelling are normal and controlled with prescribed medication.

First week

Wear a supportive sports bra; avoid heavy lifting and chest exertion.

2–4 weeks

Resume light daily activities as swelling gradually subsides.

1–3 months

The shape settles further; exercise can resume as advised by your surgeon.

Frequently asked questions

Is the procedure painful?

Some tightness or dull ache is normal at first and is well controlled with prescribed pain relief. Most patients feel much better within a few days.

How long do implants last?

Medical-grade implants are highly durable, but periodic follow-up is recommended to assess them over the long term.

Can I still breastfeed afterward?

Breastfeeding is generally still possible depending on the technique and incision site; your surgeon will discuss this before planning.

Will there be a visible scar?

Incisions are small and placed in discreet locations such as under the breast fold. Once healed, scars fade and become hard to notice.
